11th Floor Richardson Building

PCL has a national agreement with RPFL to manage all their construction requirements. This is the fourth location to be developed for the newly formed Richardson Partners Financial Ltd, who caters to personalized family wealth management.

This particular project involved renovations to the executive offices. The finishes included: lavish stained walnut millwork, door frames, wainscoting and trim, fabric wall coverings, curved drywall bulkheads and carpet tile floors. 

Extensive lighting packages showcase unique works of art from the Richardson Foundation art collection. State-of-the-art category 6 voice and data cabling keeps investment advisors on the razor edge of the financial market.
