EDD Tie-In Shutdown

This project consisted of a major pre-shutdown installation followed by final tie-in work during a plant outage to facilitate Petro-Canada's Diesel Desulphurization and Sulphur in Gas expansion in Edmonton. The work included civil, structural and piping scopes of work.
