68 Unit High Rise Apartments

This 11-story, 68-unit, 63,000 sf senior citizens’ innovative housing apartment/condominium is loadbearing masonry/concrete walls and precast floors. Exterior is loadbearing 10" IXL jumbo brick/block on loadbearing walls and drywall/steel studs with brick/block veneer freestanding the entire 11 storeys. A four level cast-in-place concrete parkade is included. Initially, the project was considerably over budget. Working with the design team, we were able to meet the original budget.
